We stand behind the quality of everything we make.

Our Lifetime Product Guarantee covers all Swole Panda products against manufacturing faults for the lifetime of the product.

If something isn’t right due to a production issue, we’ll replace it or refund you.

Simple as that.


What does “lifetime” mean?

“Lifetime” refers to the reasonable lifetime of the product.

For example, clothing and accessories will naturally wear over time with regular use. Our guarantee covers defects in materials or workmanship — not normal wear and tear.


What is covered?

Manufacturing faults such as:

  • Stitching or seam failure
  • Premature holes not caused by friction damage
  • Elastic failure
  • Hardware faults (e.g. belt buckles, bracelet clasps)
  • Structural defects

If you’re unsure, just email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description
  • A photo of the issue

We’ll review it quickly and fairly.


How is this different from the 30-Day Returns Policy?


These are two separate policies:


1️⃣ 30-Day Returns (Change of Mind)


  • Must be unworn
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days
  • Customer covers return postage

Due to hygiene reasons, underwear must be unopened and socks must retain header cards.


2️⃣ Lifetime Product Guarantee


  • Covers manufacturing faults
  • Applies beyond 30 days
  • Usually does not require the item to be returned

Where are returns sent?


All returns are sent to our UK warehouse.
