Exchange Policy
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. To qualify for an exchange, your Swole Panda purchase must arrive to Swole Panda within 30 days of the date you received it.
In order to process your return, your purchase must be unworn, in the original packaging and condition. At this time, Swole Panda does not cover the cost of return postage back to our warehouse.
Due to hygiene reasons, this means header cards need to be in place for socks and underwear must be in its unopened, original packaging.
Products returned without the original packaging, damaged, worn or opened will not be processed. If your product is not eligible for an exchange, we will not be able to ship back your merchandise.
